The problem
Every small business has a tech stack. Few have a finance team rigorous enough to audit it. Procurement sprawl, overlapping SaaS, and missed partner incentives quietly compound — bleeding margin that never makes it into the budget conversation.
The build
We treat the tech stack as a ledger. StackMatch ingests subscriptions, usage, and revenue signals, then runs them through a finance-literate review that a controller would recognize. The output is a prioritized list of moves — renegotiations, swaps, integrations, partner programs — each with a dollar value attached.
